I collaborated with SMEs and designed the training using Adobe Captivate and After Effects, creating an interactive video that explains each zone’s color, percentage of max heart rate, intensity, and how it feels during workouts, with practical cues for real-time coaching.
Coaches can now accurately identify and manage members’ heart rate zones, ensuring both safety and effectiveness during sessions.
