Staff needed to learn how to efficiently process sales of memberships, packages, services, retail items, gift cards, and account credits within the MBO POS system to ensure accurate transactions and a smooth member experience.

I collaborated with SMEs and designed the training in Adobe Captivate and After Effects, creating interactive video modules that walk learners step-by-step through navigating the retail, services, contracts/packages, and payments/gift cards tabs, including scenarios for common issues and best practices for retailing products and services.

Staff can now confidently navigate MBO to process purchases, assign gift cards and retail bucks, apply promotions, and manage account balances, ensuring accuracy and enhancing the overall member experience at the studio.Looking for a new logo or branding for your business?
